If you receive any faulty / incorrect item, please contact us when receiving the item, we will arrange to have the faulty / incorrect item sent back to us at our cost, and replace it or refund you your money back upon return.
If you purchase a necklace or ring, but you are not 100% satisfied with the item, you can return it back to us for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of the date your item was delivered.
For health and hygiene reasons, BODY JEWELLERY and EARRINGS cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange. We sincerely apologise for this but hope that you understand.
Personalized Jewellery cannot be exchanged and refunded.
