Returns Policy

We hope you'll enjoy everything you buy, but if you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery and receive a store credit. We do not offer refunds and exchanges, store credit only.

The store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card that can be used to purchase a replacement, or on your next order.


Because of limited stock, we cannot guarantee that your preferred size/style will be available upon return of your item nor can stock be reserved, so exchanges are no longer available.

For Non-Pierced Jewellery - Necklaces, Rings, Bracelets, etc

Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a store credit of the purchase price paid to you within 2 days, which may be reduced by the amount of any applicable shipping cost. 

For Body Piercing Jewellery & Earrings

It is important to verify that the style/colour is what you expected before you break the heat seal bag. Once the heat seal bag has been broken, body jewellery and earrings cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. We apologise in advance and hope that you understand.

For Personalised Jewellery

Personalised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged, as personalised jewellery is a one-of-a-kind item unless we made the wrong items for your order.

    Cancel Order

    If you wish to cancel your order we are happy to do so on the condition that your order has not already been processed. A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your store credit. Please Email Us with your order number to request a cancellation.

    Receiving an incorrect item

    All items are carefully checked before shipping. However, from time to time, there may be a rare mistake. If you receive an incorrect item, please Email Us with your order number and a photo of the item within 48 hours of delivery, items must be unused/unworn, with original tags intact, or in their original sealed packaging. We will arrange to have the incorrect item sent back to us at our expense, and will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) to provide a remedy.


    All jewellery comes with a 3 months warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects only. The customer must cover the cost of return postage at the time of return. We will provide a repair or replacement, and the return postage will be refunded (please retain the postage receipt), once our supplier proves the item is manufacturing defective.

    Please note that this warranty does not cover loss, general wear and tear, and any damage caused by accident, careless handling, or misuse of the product. General wear and tear includes tarnishing or fading of plated jewellery, and therefore, is not covered by warranty.

    Gift Card

    Gift cards can not be replaced or returned and are not redeemable for cash.

    Glitters Points
      • If you return an item the Glitters points earned on that item will be deducted.
      • Once Glitters points are redeemed, they are non-refundable
    Please Note:
      • Returned items must be unused/unworn, with original tags intact, or in their original sealed packaging.
      • We will not accept any items that have been engraved, altered or damaged.
      • We cannot process returns for online orders at our stores.
      • We reserve the right to deny a return. If the goods returned do not meet our return policy requirements.
      • Sale items can not be returned.
      • Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer must cover the cost of return postage at the time of return.
      • We aren't responsible for any potential damage or loss on return shipping. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any delivery issues.
